All appointments happen over secure (HIPAA-compliant video—no office visits needed. Connect from home, school, or wherever feels comfortable for you.

Your first visit is a full evaluation. Follow-ups are flexible and scheduled around your life.

Telepsychiatry Services We Provide

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults

  • In-depth review of mental health history and diagnostic clarification

  • Personalized treatment plans and medication management tailored to your individual needs

  • Ongoing follow-up and treatment planning

  • Collaboration with therapists, schools, and other healthcare providers (virtually)

  • Documentation for school accommodations (IEPs, 504 plans), work, emotional support animals, and court-related matters

Simple, Transparent Pricing

We believe in honest pricing without the strings. Forget monthly subscriptions or locked-in contracts—you only pay for the care you receive, when you receive it.

While we don't work directly with insurance providers, your plan might still have your back. If you have out-of-network benefits, we’re happy to provide a "Superbill" (a detailed receipt) for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

New Patient Evaluation (90 min): $375

Routine Follow Up Visit (30 min): $225

Extended Follow Up Visit (60 min): $300

Urgent Follow Up Visit (60 min within 24-48 hrs.): $350

No-Show/Late Cancellations Fee (less than 24 hrs.): $100

Meet Dr. Farrah Laviolette, MD

Dr. Farrah is board-certified psychiatrist offering compassionate, virtual-only care for children, teens, and adults.

She completed her undergraduate studies at Wayne State University, earned her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine, and completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Oakland Physician Medical Center. She then completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at University Hospitals / Case Western Reserve University, where she served as Chief Fellow. Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges in youth.

She’s an active member of AACAP and stays involved in research on adolescent mental health and reducing barriers to care.

Dr. Farrah believes great care starts with really listening—and making sure every patient and family feels heard, supported, and part of the treatment plan.
