What Our Clients Are Saying

"My teenage daughter refused to go anywhere in person for help. Telepsychiatry was the only way she'd agree to try. Dr. Farrah connected with her immediately — within two appointments my daughter was actually looking forward to her sessions. We're in Birmingham and it's been completely seamless."

~ Parent of a patient, Birmingham MI

"Finding a psychiatrist in Michigan who specializes in OCD in kids is harder than it sounds. Dr. Farrah not only knew exactly what she was looking at — she also helped us understand what OCD actually is so we could stop accidentally making things worse at home. That education piece made a huge difference."

~ Parent of a patient, Rochester Hills MI

"I'd been managing depression on my own for years and finally decided to try a psychiatrist. I was nervous about the virtual format but it felt completely private and comfortable. Dr. Farrah took a full hour for my first appointment and didn't rush anything. I wish I'd done this sooner."

~ Adult patient, Metro Detroit

“What impressed me most about Dr. Farrah was how she balanced empathy with structure — never sugarcoating, but always meeting us where we were. She took time to explain things to me as a parent, too, which helped me support my child much better at home.”

“We searched for months for a child psychiatrist in the Troy area who could help our 9-year-old with anxiety. Dr. Farrah was the first provider who really listened to both of us”

~ Parent of a patient, Royal Oak MI

"After our son's ADHD diagnosis we didn't know where to start. Dr. Farrah walked us through everything — the evaluation, what the medication options meant, and how to work with his school on accommodations. Having a child psychiatrist who does everything over video made it so much easier to fit into our schedule."

~ Parent of a patient, Oakland County

"We moved from out of state and I was worried about losing continuity of care for my son. Cranbrook was one of the only practices I found in Michigan that does everything virtually and was actually accepting new patients. The transition was smooth and Dr. Farrah got up to speed quickly."

~ Parent of a patient, Michigan

"I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and wasn't sure if a child psychiatrist would be the right fit. Dr. Farrah sees adults too and she was incredibly thorough — the evaluation was more detailed than anything I'd had before. I finally feel like I have a real plan."
